Helzberg Review: The Nation's Largest Independent

Helzberg is a highly respected and trustworthy mall jeweler and the second largest mall jeweler in America. They have an impeccable reputation that goes back more than a century and they are owned by one of America’s wealthiest men

This guide aims to provide comprehensive information to assist consumers in making informed purchase decisions. We carefully analyze every diamond jewelry and diamond engagement ring retailer to deliver the best advice on how to optimize value and where to get the most for your money. Our goal is to organize and present all the things that consumers should know before buying. We writes these articles personally (never with AI) and we update them regularly based upon our understanding only an insider would know. Our Editor has spent four decades as a global leader in the diamond jewelry industry having led six wholesale and retail jewelry companies, been a select client of DeBeers and a pioneer in the birth of lab grown diamonds. His family has been in the diamond business for over a century.

Purchasing a diamond or diamond engagement ring is a significant investment and can be intimidating and even frightening. Consumers often worry about making informed decisions and finding trustworthy retailers. When purchasing a product with which one is unfamiliar, it is important to invest the time to get educated on both the product, and the sellers of that product. A diamond engagement ring will symbolize a lifetime commitment and is a permanent display to friends, family and colleagues. The diamond, ring design, quality and the craftsmanship must meet or exceed all expectations. All data referenced in these reviews are as of the date of the review, we are not responsible for updating information as prices change constantly. Also, we are not compensated to write these reviews as they are independent of any given retailer or brand.

Summary of Findings

Helzberg is the second largest diamond jewelry mall store chain in America. For decades the company has been a leader in diamonds and diamond engagement rings. Officially known as Helzberg Diamonds, it is the largest remaining mall jewelry brand of scale not owned by Signet, who dominates malls with its Kays, Zales, Jareds, Banter and Diamond Direct brands. Though owned by Warren Buffet’s Berkshire-Hathaway group, Buffet does not interfere with his CEO’s. As long as they behave honorably and make money they are allowed to operate however they see fit. In 2009 Buffet hand-picked as CEO, Beryl Raff, a lifelong jewelry merchant and former CEO of Zale’s, to run the company. Raff was the first major mall jeweler to embrace lab grown diamonds and Helzberg continues to be leaders in lab grown diamonds among mall based jewelers. Their diamond engagement styling has always been exceptional in design and quality. Ms. Raff brought her decades of experience to their diamond jewelry business and it too now is top notch.

Though Helzberg has a presence on the internet and a compelling website, the goal of the mall-first jeweler is to use the internet to drive customers to their stores. Indeed, though nearly all shoppers research diamonds and diamond jewelry online, only 20% of all the diamond and diamond engagement rings sold in America are actually purchased online. 80% are still purchased in a store from mall-based chains or independent, locally owned jewelers. Of these, Helzberg is a top choice.

Helzberg Company Overview

Helzberg Diamonds Review 2025: America’s second largest mall based jeweler for Diamonds, Diamond Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands and Jewelry

This in-depth review of Helzberg, examines and evaluates its history and uniqueness among mall jewelers. We will discuss the many advantages to buying from a trusted jeweler more than 100 years old, with stores everywhere, owned by the 5th wealthiest man in America. We will explore the unique and proprietary, designer collections at the heart of their diamond engagement ring assortment. We will delve into the expansive diamond jewelry and fashion jewelry assortment. And we review the Helzberg.com website, modeled on the very best online-first jewelers that have tested and distilled the digital experience to an easily replicable and familiar site, filter and navigation system.

Whether shopping for a mined or a lab grown diamond, diamond engagement ring or diamond jewelry, Helzberg Diamonds is a leader among mall jewelers in price, quality, assortment and many unique styles and designs that are certain to delight any bride.

Introduction to the Helzberg Brand

Helzberg is a national mall based jeweler selling diamonds, diamond engagement rings and jewelry in their stores and online. The chain is more than 100 years old and enjoys a well earned reputation for quality, assortment and well trained experts in their stores. They are the largest mall based diamond jeweler that is independent and not owned by Signet, the publicly traded conglomerate that owns and operates several thousand jewelery stores worldwide. Founded and based in Kansas City, they are considered by many to be America’s only midwest heritage brand.

Helzberg Brand Heritage, Background and Evolution

Helzberg Diamonds was founded in Kansas City by Russian immigrant Morris Helzberg in 1915. Under the leadership of his son Barnett, the store became a chain. The chain successfully updated and reinvented itself many times over the ensuing decades, always staying relevant to changing consumers and on trend. By the late 1980s, the founder’s grandson, Barnett Helzberg Jr., was overseeing one of America’s largest jewelers, with hundreds of stores in many states. Barnett’s children had no interest in being the fourth generation of Helzberg’s so he had brought in an outsider as CEO and assumed the role of Chairman. Our co-founder was a diamond and diamond jewelry vendor to Helzberg for many decades and remembers them as always being design leaders in the diamond engagement ring area and having the very best salespeople in their stores of any jewelers. In the 1980s it was believed that no mall jewelry store chain had the per store sales that Helzberg did. With no family to succeed him, in1995 Barnett decided to take Helzberg public. Helzberg was by then the nation’s third largest jeweler with sales exceeding $300m. He retained New York investment bankers to help him with the sale, several of whom happened to be friends and former colleagues of our co-founder who began his career in financial services before joining his family’s global diamond business. It came as a shock to everyone when Warren Buffet stepped up and bought Helzberg before the bankers could finish their offering documents. Now backed by the most successful investor in history, the company began to grow rapidly, opening as many as 30 stores a year and expanding to nearly all 50 states. Kay jewelers made several offers to buy them, but Buffet stayed true to his philosophy of never selling any of the companies he buys. In 2009, Beryl Raff, family friend and mentor to our Editor was personally recruited by Buffet to take over as CEO. Ms. Raff shared with our co-founder that when she first got the call from Warren Buffet she assumed it was a hoax. And how he picked her up personally in his slightly dirty Cadillac at the Omaha airport for her interview. Upon her retirement in 2022 her longtime CFO succeeded her as Helzberg CEO.

Helzberg Product Range and Quality

Helzberg Diamonds

Helzberg has every diamond you could ever want, from a 0.80ct lab grown diamond for $558 to a 5.51ct natural diamond $213,138. Helzberg only works with vendors who abide by the Kimberley Process, the global protocol created by the diamond trade to help abet the mining and the sale of conflict diamonds. And they have partnered with the World Diamond Council on an even stricter protocol:

"We will not purchase any diamond mined after December 31, 2002 that is not accompanied by the World Diamond Council warranty statement, in which the seller certifies and guarantees that the diamond has been ethically sourced."

Each of their suppliers need to include with every diamond a WDC warranty statement, binding the vendor to guarantee that they will only supply conflict-free diamonds to their stores or to be listed on Helzberg.com. No diamond producer wants to tangle with Warren Buffet.

With more than 30,000 diamonds on their website, in addition to the many loose diamonds they keep in each store, Helzberg can more than satisfy the diamond desires of any customer. But they are not a digital first, online brand nor a marketplace with millions of diamonds. Hence their online experience is a good way for a diamond, diamond engagement ring or diamond jewelry shopper to begin their research. But Helzberg remains a mall jeweler, offering all the services and personal human to human care that an online experience cannot.

It is essential that a consumer come to understand the difference between price and value when buying a diamond. All four C’s (color, clarity, cut and carat size – see our section on certification below) impact the price of a diamond and must be considered before determining value. Quality of cutting and polishing are also critical. Integrity and trustworthiness of the jeweler, however, are of paramount concern when spending hundreds or thousands of dollars buying a diamond. As a buyer, you can be confident that any diamond you find in a Helzberg store or online is carefully and thoroughly vetted and is also conflict free.

Helzberg Natural Diamonds

Helzberg offers an adequate representation of natural diamonds on their website. Remember, they are not a digital first diamond company and they do keep many loose natural diamonds on hand in each store. On July 18, 2025 we observed 10,311 natural mined diamonds from which to choose on Helzberg.com. The lowest color offered is J, the lowest quality grade Si2 and the smallest size 3/4ct, 0.70 ct. We were very pleased to see an even distribution of available gems across all colors

We believe strongly that all natural diamonds of J SI and better quality should be accompanied by an independent certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and no other lab. Again, we were pleased that nearly all, 96% of the natural diamonds on Helzberg were certified by the GIA. This is critically important because the GIA is the strictest gemological grading laboratory, which assures consumers of the quality and value of their diamond purchase. Here is an example of a GIA certificate.

Purchasing a GIA certified diamond ensures that Helzberg natural diamond customers receive gems evaluated by the industry’s most respected grading authority–known for its strict standards in assessing the 4C’s, cut, color, clarity and carat weight.

Helzberg Natural Diamond Summary

  • Over 10,000 natural diamonds available

  • 96% are GIA-certified

  • 100% are conflict-free

  • 42% are SI quality

  • All colors and qualities available in sufficient quantities.

Helzberg Lab Grown Diamonds

Helzberg had 18,457 lab grown diamonds for sale on the date of our survey.

Most of the diamonds are in the most popular and sought after qualities, sizes, cuts and colors. Our Co- Founders were early pioneers in the validation and acceptance of lab grown diamonds in 2017. As the technology for growing gem quality diamonds has improved, accelerated and migrated to India, the price of lab grown diamonds have come down enormously. They are now at a low enough cost that our Co-Founders strongly advise consumers to only consider buying the best, with 1 carat, F VS2, excellent cut as the minimum (more on this later). 81% of the lab grown diamonds on the Helzberg.com website are in this size, color and quality or better.

We appreciate that Helzberg does not clutter their site with smaller sizes of lab grown diamonds, which would only serve to confuse diamond shoppers. Indeed, the smallest size available on the Helzberg site is a 0.70 ct and there are only 302 gems in the F VS2 excellent cut or better under 1ct. Helzberg serves customers well in that the vast majority, 98%, of their lab grown diamonds are 1 ct or larger.

Because of the much lower price of lab grown diamonds Helzberg does not use the GIA for the independent certification of their lab grown diamonds. Nearly all, or 97%, of the certificates are from the International Gemological Institute, IGI.

Drawing on over four decades of experience, our Editor respects this decision because the cost for certification from the IGI is markedly less than the GIA. Using GIA could increase the cost of a lab grown diamond by a double digit percentage for diamond shoppers. Here is a sample IGI certificate:

Our experts decided to take our comparative analysis one step further, based upon our reading of recent data reports ( we read them all). Leading independent diamond analyst Edahn Golan, writing in the January 9th 2025 TENORIS industry insights report, asserted that in 2024 the average size purchased by consumers for a lab grown diamond was 2.03ct.

Helzberg is well represented in this range with 7,557 lab grown diamonds 2.00cts or larger. Here is an example of a 2.00 ct F VS2 Excellent cut for only $2,476:

Helzberg Lab Grown Diamond Summary

  • 18,457 lab grown diamonds listed

  • 81% are 1ct F VS2 excellent or larger

  • 98% are 1 ct or larger

  • 97% are IGI certified

  • 100% are conflict-free

Helzberg has a robust and diverse lab grown diamond assortment with something for every buyer. Their uncluttered assortment is evenly distributed across the most popular diamonds and not the smaller diamonds that will not be of interest to consumers. Buyers will appreciate how this century old, trusted jeweler curates their diamond selection and makes shopping easy for diamond, diamond engagement ring and diamond jewelry shoppers.

Helzberg Diamond Pricing and Value

Whether buying a natural diamond or a lab grown diamond, the prices available at Helzberg offer a great value to shoppers who want the assurance and credibility of an old line jeweler and who prefer to research online but to buy in store. If, however, price is the only consideration there are certainly less expensive jewelers from whom to buy, though most of them are primarily or exclusively online. For the buyer that wants the assurance of a retail store – even if they choose to research online–Helzberg is a tremendous value. From their offices in Kansas City, their diamond sourcing department are experts and their many stores are staffed with experienced customer advisors. Having absolute confidence in their jeweler is a key ingredient for many consumers when making such an important purchase. There is no safer place to buy the diamond, diamond engagement ring or diamond jewelry of your dreams than from a one hundred year old brand owned by one of America’s wealthiest and most respected businessmen.

Helzberg Diamond Buying Experience

Website Usability and User Experience

It has taken Helzberg several iterations of their website to arrive at the present version. It is a serviceable website, but clearly the primary business of Helzberg is stores. Before opening their own stores our Editor and team held discussions with Helzberg’s CEO and senior leadership about some sort of joint or shared online operation during our days leading Clean Origin. At the time Clean Origin had a cutting edge website and second only to Brilliant Earth in the sale of lab grown diamonds online. Though both CEOs saw the possibilities, the cultural differences between a digital first online brand and an old line jeweler were clearly too vast to bridge.

It appears as though the current ring building effort has been outsourced to leading Indian diamond producer Hare Krishna. When a consumer clicks on any diamond or ring in the builder the following appears in the browser:

Known in the industry as ‘HK’, they are a vertically integrated grower and cutter of lab and natural diamonds with a full jewelry factory in India. They even have their own retail jewelry operation in India which is reportedly nearing 100 stores. This is not an altogether bad solution, because HK is an excellent diamond and jewelry resource. But HK is not a technology company nor is that their expertise. The result is a somewhat slow and clunky website openly copying the digital first brands who do it much better. As an educational tool, however, for a diamond, diamond engagement ring or diamond jewelry shopper, the Helzberg website when used in coordination with their stores, is an excellent shopping solution.

Whether in a store or online, a careful consumer will want to closely examine and compare many different diamonds. The HK diamond and ring builder program on Helzberg.com has 360 degree unique videos for all of their diamonds. Our Co-Founder feels strongly that consumers are best served beginning their search for the perfect diamond online because they can view and compare many diamonds. This system is vastly superior to what is available in traditional jewelry stores. In a traditional store consumers would be lucky to have more than a few diamonds to compare and not the diamonds they select but the diamonds the store wants them to buy. In some stores a shopper might be given a 10x magnifying glass or loupe with which to view the diamond. Examining a diamond through a 10x loupe is a specialized skill. It can take weeks of training to begin to understand how to even hold and position the small, handheld magnifying glass. Moreover, understanding how and what to look for takes training and time and evolves over a lifetime. It isn’t right when a store salesperson puts a loupe in the customer’s left hand and a specialized, nearly 7 inch tweezer in the other hand and tells the customer to look at the diamond.

If a shopper should somehow manage a brief glimpse of a diamond this way–which is doubtful– they are only able to view one diamond at a time. This prevents customers from comparing diamonds side by side. Most Helzberg stores do, however, feature private diamond viewing rooms with an ASET or a stereo microscope like this:

Under special LED white lighting meant to enhance the apparent color and sparkle, a buyer is shown one diamond at a time, and seldom at full magnification. Moreover, the prospective buyer is only able to view the top of the diamond and not the sides and bottom.

The video diamond images on Helzberg.com magnify a diamond 10x-30x and allows a buyer to view every possible angle of the diamond. Through this technology a buyer is afforded a detailed inspection of all the diamond’s facets, top and bottom. As importantly, a shopper can look at thousands of diamonds this way. This allows shoppers to both learn about diamonds and to eventually decide on the diamond of their dreams.

We appreciate that a diamond shopper on Helzberg.com can display any one of more than 30,000 actual diamonds because it gives the buyer control of how they prefer to shop.

In our test on an iPhone we could see that the website is ‘mobile responsive’, which means it fits and translates well from a computer screen to a phone screen.

The Helzberg website is very basic. Missing are many of the advanced search, compare, recommend and help evaluate tools of digital first websites. This is to be expected from a website developed by a diamond and diamond jewelry vendor for a company whose primary business is and always will be through its retail store locations.

Helzberg Customer Service and Support

Helzberg Diamond Expert Services

Diamond shoppers will be well served by the diamond viewing technology and the gemological experts that are available in store and online at Helzberg. Many first time buyers may not understand how to evaluate a diamond. The gemologists at Helzberg do and many of them have been with the company for decades. This should give consumers real confidence that they can trust what they are being told. Shoppers at Helzberg are serviced by trained professionals. The exceptional customer care professionals at Helzberg distinguish the brand from many others.

We like that a consumer can begin their journey online and can take all the time he or she needs to get educated on diamonds. Beginning on Helzberg.com they have access to 30,000 diamonds and a free teacher. In addition to cut, color, clarity and carat weight these experts can go deeply into the minutiae of diamond cutting like table and depth percentage. And the gemological laboratory report available for each and every diamond delivers detailed information, all independently certified.

Also, a trained Helzberg expert will seek to understand a customer’s budget and preferences and can pull from any one of more than 30,000 different diamonds. They can offer a customer many different options of every size, grade and at every price point and explain the pros and cons of each.

Helzberg Diamond Certificates and the 4 C's

The diamond will be the most expensive part of any diamond engagement ring purchase so it is important to take the time to research and learn about the 4C’s. Our Editor explains in detail how to understand the 1.00 F VS2 certificate below:

Date

The date the diamond was examined and certified by the gemologists at GIA. This is important for consumers because if a diamond is old inventory, there is probably something undesirable or substandard about it.

Report Number

This is the individual GIA certificate number unique to this diamond. It has also been microscopically laser inscribed on the side of the diamond. It does not impact the refraction or shine and will not be visible without at least 10x magnification. This is important because it can protect buyers from diamond fraud or substitution, which, though rare, is a risk when repairing a ring at an unethical jeweler. The number is also logged on the global database of GIA certificates, providing a permanent record of your diamond. This can prove very important should a consumer need to make an insurance claim and cannot locate the printed certificate received when the purchase was made.

Shape

The outline of the diamond when viewed from the top down, while the cut is defined by the pattern of the facet arrangement. Most buyers prefer a round also known as a brilliant cut diamond. Other shapes are collectively referred to as fancies. The most popular of these today are oval, pear and emerald. Historically marquise and princess cuts were also popular,

Measurements

The diamond’s dimensions are in millimeters. For a round diamond it is the minimum and maximum diameter and the depth. Non round diamonds will use the length, width and depth. This is important information a buyer should learn and understand as these impact the brightness, fire or light of the diamond.

Carat Weight

The weight as measured in carats to the nearest 1/100th of a carat. A carat is equal to 0.2grams.

Color

Describes the degree to which a yellow hue is present. Color is graded on a scale from D-Z though most gem quality diamonds are within the D-J colors. D is the whitest and by K even an untrained eye can detect the yellow hue. This will be an important consideration for buyers as prices of a D color will be higher than a J, particularly for a natural diamond. The tradeoff a consumer will often have to make is between color and carat weight.

Clarity

Describes the degree to which natural inclusions or blemishes are visible under 10x magnification.

Cut

Determines the light reflecting properties, also known as the fire, scintillation or brilliance of the diamond’s appearance. In the opinion of our founder, cut is the most important of the 4C’s because even the finest diamond if poorly cut will not refract light optimally and thus will emit inferior fire and brilliance.

Polish

Polish describes the smoothness of a diamond's facets. A high-quality polish will leave little to no scratches and slightly optimizes for maximum brilliance.

Symmetry

Symmetry describes the degree to which a diamond's facets are mathematically aligned to emit maximum light. A symmetrical diamond emits high levels of fire and brilliance.

Fluorescence

Fluorescence causes diamonds to emit a soft, bluish glow when exposed to UV light. The Fluorescence grade describes the color, and strength of color when a diamond is graded under UV light. The founder prefers diamonds with no fluorescence.

Conclusion on Helzberg Diamonds

Helzberg is a safe and secure place to shop for a diamond where a buyer can have 100% confidence in the integrity and longevity of the company. 30,000 diamonds is plenty from which to choose. Retailers that offer more diamonds can in fact be very confusing for consumers. Helzberg was the first of the old line, traditional mall jewelers to embrace lab grown diamonds. Their curated and thoughtful selection is uncluttered and simple to shop while offering anything a diamond, diamond engagement ring or diamond jewelry shopper might seek. They distinguish themselves from the digital first, primarily online jewelers by the number of stores they offer in synchrony with their online experience.

Helzberg Diamond Engagement Rings

Helzberg has always been known in the diamond jewelry industry for its phenomenal bridal jewelry designs and its impeccable commitment to quality. This long ago earned reputation has been augmented in recent years by the addition of several designer collections. Famed American designer Zac Posen has an exclusive collection of exquisite designs only available at Helzberg. The lab grown diamond engagement rings in the collection are unique and will catch the eye of any bride and all her friends and family. We like this gorgeous marquis cut lab grown diamond engagement ring:

We also absolutely love the more playful and unique engagement rings that use beautiful center gems that are not diamond like this Flora Agate masterpiece.

Helzberg also features the unique designs and aesthetic of British bridal designer and Royals favorite Jenny Packham, featuring stand out rings like this 4ct total weight elegant ring fit for a princess.

These leading designers have chosen to align themselves with Helzberg because of the reputation of the brand. And Helzberg has crafted these jewels with exceptional focus on detail and quality. Still, the experienced jewelers at Helzberg understand that the majority of diamond engagement ring shoppers are very traditional. More than half will want some variation of a solitaire or a halo ring. Helzberg is exceptionally well represented in these categories, offering a bride anything she might ever want or dream of having. The breadth and range of designs and price points offered by Helzberg includes everything the vast majority of diamond engagement ring shoppers might want.

Helzberg brings to diamond engagement ring shoppers some of the best and most unique designs in the world and backs it up with more than 100 years of service and well earned reputation. The quality of Helzberg diamonds and diamond engagement rings is notoriously strict. Helzberg is a company every couple will want to consider before they make their purchase. So how good are Helzberg jewelers? Our Editor learned today (July 29, 2025) that their President has just been recruited to run the nation’s largest mall jeweler, Kay Jewelers.

Helzberg Fine Jewelry

Helzberg is the perfect place to shop for jewelry for any occasion or special lifetime event. No matter the budget or moment being celebrated, Helzberg has it covered. We counted 3,871 different fashion styles on Helzberg.com

They even have children’s jewelry:

As experienced jewelers, Helzberg has concentrated their assortment properly. For example, we counted more than 150 styles of huggie earrings. And Helzberg knows to sort them by size, so shoppers don’t have to.

No woman’s wardrobe is complete without huggie earrings and most women will welcome several pairs in different sizes, metals and diamond total weights. As a most-recommended husband for many decades, our Editor can assure any gift shopper that a huggie earring will always fit out of the box and will always be a hit. Whether it is an anniversary, birthday, new baby or just out of love, these timeless symbols of love and devotion never go out of style. For the self-purchasing woman, these styles will be an essential part of her jewelry wardrobe. After a century in business serving couples across America, Helzberg has the experience to know exactly what she wants. As importantly, the quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, and is held to the same quality standards of their diamond engagement rings.

Consumers will notice Helzberg features mostly lab grown diamonds in their fine fashion jewelry. Our Editor recommend only lab grown diamonds for fashion self purchases and gifting. At the writing of this review gold had reached an historical high of $3,378 per ounce. That creates an even more compelling argument to choose the less expensive but equally beautiful lab grown diamond alternative for all your fashion jewelry purchases.

We appreciate the approach to styling and quality that define Helzberg’s approach to fine jewelry. And their online sorting tool for fashion diamond jewelry, though slow and lagging, simplifies the shopping experience for consumers. Helzberg has simplified the gifting process by organizing their huge assortment into the categories that customers want and understand. They offer depth and choice within those categories for every budget and every one of life’s special moments of celebration. Helzberg’s reputation and quality on classic, timeless designs is compelling and difficult to match. The superbly crafted and thoughtfully organized timeless diamond jewelry designs offered by Helzberg simplify the experience for consumers looking for that perfect gift. They receive our highest recommendation for mall based jewelers.

Helzberg Aftercare

Shipping

Helzberg offers free shipping for orders exceeding $99 in discreet packaging. They also offer same day delivery for anyone within 20 miles of a store for $24.95.

Returns

Helzberg stands behind everything they sell with an industry standard 30 day return policy offering a full refund.

Warranty

Helzberg offers a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects. This is substandard and disappoints us.

Ring Resizing

Helzberg will not offer free ring resizing regardless of whether the purchase is made online or in-store. This disappoints us.

Customer Service

Helzberg’s advisors are generally well trained, though there are stand outs and laggards on their customer service team. Moreover, the online chat is staffed by knowledgeable people, but not GIA Graduate Gemologists or AGS trained diamond experts. If a customer wants that level of expertise, they must go to a store..

Helzberg Review Conclusion

In conclusion, Helzberg is a highly respected and trustworthy mall jeweler and the second largest mall jeweler in America. They have an impeccable reputation that goes back more than a century and they are owned by one of America’s wealthiest men. This is a safe and high integrity place to shop. Their bridal engagement rings are exceptional in design and quality. Their expansive diamond fashion jewelry assortment has something – or many things really – for everyone. To get maximum value out of Helzberg we recommend the diamond, diamond engagement ring or diamond jewelry shopper use the Helzberg website to learn and explore, but then move quickly to their in store experience. For the customer who wants to be face to face with their jeweler and who wants to try on many different diamond rings, diamond pendants, bracelets or earring, Helzberg is an excellent choice and has our strong recommendation.
